In Ayurvedic, the human body is defined by its Prakruti, or constitution, which identifies the components’ relative dominance. Earth, water, fire, air, and space make up the five components of the human body, which may be combined to create seven distinct body types.

The Endomorph (Kapha)

Kapha Prakriti is a term used to describe a body type that resembles an Endomorph in that earth and water have a stronger hold on you.
